Job Description

Must have 3 to 5 years of end to end IT recruitment preferably BFSI or Development requirements.
Responsible to ensure hiring against approved manpower requisition within set lead time.
Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job Posting & External hiring tools
Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Conduct initial HR interview round for Jr. Level.
Involved in End to End Recruitment and Background verification of Candidate
Exploring alternate channels of hiring to ensure achievement of hiring TAT.
Initiating, managing & delivering various recruitment reports, analysis and dashboards on a periodic basis.
Periodic updation of career websites / pages with real time positions.
