Job Description

Role:
  • With a minimum of last 5 years engaged with ME/ APAC Regions Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and finch players 
  • Role should have an understanding customer challenges, their top priorities and should be well versed in doing competitor Analysis
  • Should have ability to map key technical and business side stakeholders and engage with them on issues and potential solutions, services 
  • This role will be supported by the technical partner and the respective Cluster group for stakeholder engagement and consultative suctioning/sales activities
  • Focus is on identifying & qualifying multiple scalable opportunities in the service areas of QA/ QE - Core Upgrade and Transformation, Automation, Non Functional testing
  • Will be accountable from engagement all the way to contracting 
  1. Target is to engage with three prospects at any of the time and contract one new logo every 9-12 months of size not less than 800K USD that will translate into the following revenues cumulatively                                                                  *   First Year 1 M USD                                                           *   Second Year 2.2 M USD                                                  *   Third Year 3.5 M USD
Competencies determining success of this role:

  • Ability to collate insights on customer pain points and orchestrating an appropriate solution with the technical partner and cluster teams
  • Positioning Maveric and the appropriate service offerings to the prospects by thinking through a winning proposition viz customer priority and competitive scenario
  • Leading opportunity conversion initiatives with requisite focus on creating right energy, collaboration, speed of progress across the conversion team members 
  • Packaging service offerings with concrete business and technical benefits/business case
